A recent immigrant to Opal, Charity runs a fortune telling shop not too far from Jack's apartment and old shop. Over the passing months, she has often prewarned Jack of coming crises and not-so urgent matters. She also sensed that Jack had mild psychic gifts and told him to trust any odd hunches that he had.

Recently, Charity became romantically involved with Mason O'Dare, the two meeting after Mason came to protect her after she had a vision of her death at the hands of Merritt and the Poster Demon. The two hit it off almost immediately, with Mason inviting her to join his family for Christmas.

Charity apparently (according to the Poster Demon( has powers much greater than that of a mere psychic, but she has yet to manifest or reveal them.
