Zeke is Jack Knight's regular barber. We see him for the first time in Starman #0 when Jack passes his shop.

He isn't seen again until Starman #17, where Jack discusses his problems in finding a shop with him. It is also worth noting that it is outside Zeke's shop that Jack first asks out Sadie for the first time.
